ICMAD names finalists for 2015 CITY Awards

The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) announced the finalists for its 11th annual Cosmetic Innovator of the Year (CITY) Awards to be held during Cosmoprof North America, July 13 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
Judging was led by a group of five industry experts in the fields of beauty, design and marketing, consisting of: Rebecca Bartlett, Bartlett Brands; Brooke Carlson, Fashion Institute of Technology; Maria Corbiscello, Studio MC2; Claudia Lucas, Behrman Communications and Paula Scandone, HauteLook.
