Elisabeth “Betsy” van Duren Gilroy died Aug. 30, 2016. She was VP of Summit Packaging Systems, Manchester, NH. She was born in New Rochelle, NY in 1959 and grew up in Chappaqua, NY, graduating from the University of New Hampshire.
Gilroy spent several years in the Netherlands establishing the company there, where she met and married her husband Joop van Duren. She is the daughter of Gordon and Elisabeth Gilroy, mother of Amanda, Emily and Sander and sister of Scott Gilroy. She was predeceased by a brother, Gordon “Chip” Gilroy.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 pm on Friday, September 2, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 607 Chestnut Street, Manchester, NH. Funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
