Pre-registered attendance for the 2017 Chem Show, the largest North American event exclusively focused on the processing of fluids, powders and gases, has already jumped 35% from the last Show at one month before the event, according to show coordinators.
One factor driving the dramatic growth is attendees’ interest in the free Best Practices and Technology seminars to be presented at the 2017 Chem Show. The one- to two-hour seminars focus on various process applications and provide practitioners with practical problem-solving technologies and best practices for real-world problems, and opportunities for using the latest developments to improve production line quality, efficiency and safety. Now in its second year, the popular addition to the Chem Show education agenda has doubled from the 2015 event with nearly 40 seminars available.
In addition, attendees can see what’s new from the industry’s leading companies in the Equipment and Technology Showcase Presentations offered by exhibitors. With no cost and no reservation required, these 20-minute product presentations are delivered in rapid-fire succession in two special theaters on the exhibit floor. The Showcase provides an efficient way to learn about the latest developments from the industry’s leading technology providers.
The 2017 Chem Show will be held Oct. 31-Nov. 2 at the Javits Center in New York City. To register, visit the Chem Show website. With four more weeks until the event, process industries professionals still have plenty of time to register and join more than 5,000 of their peers from the world’s leading companies that manufacture chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, paints and coating, and more.
The Show also provides an opportunity for attendees to see live demos, meet face-to-face with the product experts who designed much of the equipment on display, ask questions and discover ways to customize products to meet their own needs. The full list of exhibitors is available at the Chem Show website.
Attendees will benefit from educational programs, the exhibits and interaction with their peers to achieve the “big three” reasons to come to the 2017 Chem Show – to see the latest technological advances, learn and network with more than 5,000 process industries professionals and 300+ exhibiting companies.
