Colorado Dept. of Public Health & Environment Releases VOC Regulation Proposal

The Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) released their proposal for a volatile organic compound (VOC) regulation. CDPHE has proposed using Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) Model Rule 4, which is more stringent than industry-supported OTC Model Rule 2. The proposal will be heard on April 18 on whether to be moved forward. The current proposal has an effective date of May 1, 2020.
