UK-based James Briggs Ltd., provider of aerosols and specialty chemicals, was acquired by Tetrosyl, a European manufacturer and supplier of car care products and one of the UK’s biggest independent oil blenders. Tetrosyl bought the enterprise from Endless, who, along with James Briggs management, had acquired it from ITW in 2013. According to Insider Media Ltd., James Briggs currently has the capacity to distribute up to 150 million aerosols and 30 million liters of high performance product annually.
