New B’laster ProStraw has Control Flow Technology

The B’laster Corp., Cleveland, OH, launched its new B’laster ProStraw with Control Flow Technology. The patented design includes a dual-spray pattern and volume adjuster that allows users to control the flow of product for each specific application. It’s currently available on PB B’laster, a penetrant that quickly busts loose frozen parts caused by rust and corrosion.

“We developed the ProStraw after hearing requests from consumers for a smarter straw,” said Randy Pindor, B’laster President & COO.

“While a delivery system is becoming a ‘standard’ feature of aerosol penetrants and lubricants, we felt it wasn’t enough to do the expected. Instead, our ProStraw gives users the power to turn the spray volume up or down, offering less mess and more precision.”

Key features include:

• Volume adjuster with a “+” symbol to increase flow or a “–” symbol to decrease flow
• Dual spray pattern with “UP” for pinpoint precision or “DOWN” for wide coverage
• Clear straw to monitor volume
• Ergonomic button for comfort

PB B’laster with ProStraw comes in a can from DS Containers, with a valve from Summit Packaging Systems and ProStraw cap/actuator from Spray Products.

            The penetrant is available at The Home Depot and O’Reilly Auto Parts. The company has plans to expand distribution over the next six months.
