The Center for Professional Advancement (CfPA) will hold “The 49th Amendment: IFRA Code of Practice” webinar on March 27 from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (EST). The 90-minute accredited training course will describe the importance of the new fragrance safety guidelines under 49th Amendment to the International Fragrance Association’s (IFRA) Code of Practice, which includes radical changes to the science behind fragrance safety and impacts the documentation of every fragrance in use.
The webinar will also cover the major concepts underlying the development of the 49th Amendment: the Criteria II paper, decision tree reasoning, read-across, in silico, TTC, DST, aggregate exposure and new product categories.
