Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) has changed its name to the Independent Beauty Association. This is part of the organization’s strategy to represent the independent and entrepreneurial beauty industry and re-brand the group with a new 
name, logo and website.
IBA is a non-profit trade association with more than 700 member companies. It provides benefits and services that allow companies to elevate their brand to the next level, domestically and abroad. The organization has advocated for entrepreneurial, independent beauty companies since 1974 and is built on four pillars: education, member service, reasonable legislation, and networking.
