Aerosol dispenser manufacturer LINDAL Group has appointed Frederic Noel as the company’s new COO. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, and will supervise all operational activities of the Group, including manufacturing, quality and supply chain. He will also be a member of LINDAL’s Executive Team.
Noel hails from a 20-year career at global materials science and manufacturing company Avery Dennison Corp., where he most recently served as VP GM for Graphics. Prior, he served as VP of Operations and Supply Chain, Europe and MENA, at Avery Dennison.

At Avery Dennison, he drove major transformation in a diversity of settings, while successfully leading a business and improving profitability.
LINDAL said Noel’s new appointment represents LINDAL’s commitment to further optimize and future-proof its existing supply chain, providing an enhanced and more sustainable process that anticipates the developing needs of customers.
