Markus Strobel, President of Procter & Gamble‘s Skin & Personal Care divisions, will retire from the company effective August 1.

In connection with Strobel’s retirement, P&G has made two changes to its leadership structure in the personal care and skin care categories, which will take effect on July 1. Freddy Bharucha has been promoted to President, P&G Personal Care, and will lead the company’s global personal care portfolio, including the Old Spice and Secret brands.
Additionally, Sue Kyung Lee has been appointed President, P&G Skin Care, and will oversee the global skin care business, including SK-II and Olay.
