Novasol Spray S.A. Spain, founded in 1981 and known for its Pintyplus and NBQ spray paint brands, has been acquired by European Aerosols, a European supplier of aerosol solutions. The acquisition had been in the works since 2023, when outgoing European Aerosols CEO Ramón Ferrer and incoming CEO Jürg Vogelsang negotiated the terms of the transfer, ultimately leading to the July 17 incorporation of Novasol.
