Colep Packaging, a provider of tinplate and aluminum packaging solutions, announced that, as of January 1, 2025, ALM, SL, will operate under the Colep Packaging brand.
This milestone is the culmination of ALM’s integration process, whose entire share capital was acquired last July in a strategic consolidation move for Colep Packaging, said the firm. The process that has now been completed is more than an organizational change: It represents the merge of strengths, experience and talents of both teams, reinforcing the ability to deliver quality products and solutions to the company’s customers.
As of 2025, the company previously known as ALM, SL will adopt the corporate name Colep Packaging Barcelona, S.L. This plant will continue to be dedicated to the production of aluminum aerosols—a strategic segment for Colep Packaging—now with the support of a consolidated brand in the market.

Colep Packaging’s industrial infrastructure is currently based in five locations: Vale de Cambra, Portugal;
Kleszczów, Poland; Navarra and Barcelona, Spain; and Querétaro, Mexico.
