Formulated Solutions has named Ricardo (Rick) Garcia as VP of Operations Excellence. Garcia has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing support functions and has 
implemented a number of safety, environmental, property loss prevention, business continuity and incident management programs to protect employees, the environment and the businesses he has served with significant elements of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance and Project Management. He is also an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMI).
