S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. (SCJ) has reportedly entered into an agreement with California-based sunscreen company Coola to become its major investor. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Coola was founded in 2000 with an organic sunscreen comprised of natural and organic ingredients. This investment follows in the heels of SCJ’s acquisition of Sun Bum in June.
