Silgan has acquired Cobra Plastics, Inc., a maker of injection molded plastic closures and aerosol overcaps. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The merger will boost Silgan’s offerings and help expand the company into new markets. Cobra had sales of approximately $30 million in 2019 and has two manufacturing facilities in Ohio.
