Voyant Beauty Holdings, LLC has finalized the acquisition of the KIK Personal Care business from KIK Custom Products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition of KPC will broaden Voyant Beauty’s product range, innovation, and supply chain capabilities. Combined, Voyant Beauty now has expanded manufacturing capabilities through 15 facilities in North America and internationally.
