Eviosys, a global supplier of metal packaging, including aerosol cans, has expanded its presence into Asia by opening a state-of-the-art new plant in Thailand.
The new plant features eco-friendly equipment with reduced energy use, and will be fully powered by electricity in line with Eviosys’ goal to reduce emissions by 20% by 2027. The aluminum used will be provided by a local supplier located fewer than 62 miles from the plant, further reducing the carbon footprint as well as supporting local employment. Additionally, Eviosys will hire and develop local teams on site, contributing to its Preserve Together program and the development of the region simultaneously.
Of the new expansion, Francois Querrioux, COO at Eviosys, said, “While being a global player in the industry, Eviosys also seeks to maintain its roots at all times and support local communities in the regions we invest in.”
