Contract development and manufacturing organization Formulated Solutions, Largo, FL, has hired Clint Belinsky as the company’s first VP of Lean Manufacturing. In the new position, Belinsky is responsible for transforming the business through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, enabling step change performance improvement in customer satisfaction, growth and profitability.
Belinsky has 35 years of experience leading Operations, Quality, Lean Manufacturing and EHS for global companies. Prior to Formulated Solutions, he served as VP of Manufacturing Operations, Quality & Safety for Symbotic, where he scaled the operations from a private company to a public $600 million business.
Belinsky also served as the Senior VP of Global Quality & Lean Manufacturing for Jabil, provider of global contract manufacturing and engineering solutions. Additionally, he has had successive leadership roles in design engineering, manufacturing, quality and EHS at General Electric, Yokogawa, Emerson and MEMC.
Belinksy has a Master of Science in computer science and engineering from Rensselaer and a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of Connecticut.
