Diamond Vogel, a manufacturer of high-quality paint and coatings, has acquired N92 Menomonee Falls, LLC, a subsidiary of The Sherwin-Williams Company. Based in Menomonee Falls, WI, the business has approximately 100 employees and manufactures color-match touch-up paint, custom aerosol, and other specialty coatings. The portfolio includes products under well-known brands such as Precision Color, Quest, Raabe, Zolatone, and Z-Line.
Acquiring this manufacturing facility allows Diamond Vogel to accelerate their aerosol growth strategy, and the Menomonee Falls team’s expertise in aerosol manufacturing adds depth and breadth to Diamond Vogel’s already existing aerosol manufacturing capabilities, the company said in a statement. “This facility provides us with a turnkey solution poised to continue delivering high-quality aerosol products,” said Jeff Powell, President and CEO of Diamond Vogel.
Customers can expect a seamless transition and will continue to receive the same high-quality service and support they have come to expect, according to the company. Diamond Vogel will integrate the Menomonee Falls business into its organization over the coming months, and all employees will be retained.
