Rain didn’t stop the MAA Golf Outing

Despite the gray skies and rain clouds, a good time was had by all as members of the Midwest Aerosol Association (MAA) and guests took part in the organization’s 2024 Golf Outing.

A little rain didn’t stop the 104 golfers from participating in the MAA Outing at Seven Bridges Golf Club.

The annual Summertime event took place at the Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge, IL, on Aug 15. As it has done for the past several years, Admiral Products invited local celebrity Dan Hampton, NFL Hall of Famer, formerly of the Chicago Bears, to take part in the golf outing.

More than 100 golfers from the aerosol industry took part in the event. The day’s winning foursome was Fenton Challgren, Greg Bourdon, Brett Finley and Andre Goodreau—all representing PLZ Corp. Crown Aerosol’s Greg Davenport won $500 in the 50/50 Putting Contest, which was sponsored by DS Containers.

The MAA announced that it would add an additional $500 to the 50/50 balance and donate a total of $1000 to the Northern Illinois Food Bank in memory of Industry colleague Tim Corcoran, a former MAA board member. Corcoran, who passed away earlier this year, was a sponsor of the Northern Illinois Food Bank as well as a volunteer at the Crystal Lake Food Pantry.
