The New Zealand Aerosol Association has launched refreshed branding and a new website at www.aerosol.org.nz.
The new branding reflects the Association’s national heritage, based on the koru (Māori for “loop or coil”), a spiral shape evoking a newly unfurling fern frond. Its previous logo was based on the ‘It’s OK to Spray’ logo, which the Association developed in conjunction with the Aerosol Association of Australia in the 1990s.
Although New Zealand has fewer than half a dozen aerosol fillers and imports dominate its market of around 25 million aerosols a year, the country maintains an independent locally-registered trade association with its own elected Executive.
Since 1996, the Aerosol Association of Australia has provided the Association with an Executive Officer under a formal servicing agreement.
