Petra Nemcova to keynote BizHub at CSPA Meeting

Petra Nemcova, survivor of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and world-famous Czech supermodel, will keynote the first day of BizHub at the Consumer Specialty Product Association’s (CSPA) Mid-Year Meeting, May 5-8 in Chicago.

Since surviving the tsunami, in which she tragically lost her fiancé, by clinging to a palm tree for eight hours until help arrived, Nemcova went on to establish the Happy Hearts Fund, which focuses on rebuilding schools in areas struck by natural disaster.

The 35 year-old Nemcova, who has graced Sports Illustrated’s annual Swimsuit Issue five times and appeared on the 12th season of Dancing with the Stars, will share her compelling story of survival as the keynote speaker at BizHub, a unique networking opportunity for professionals across various consumer products industries.
