Aerosol industry to visit Capitol Hill on April 29

On April 29th in Washington, D.C., concerned aerosol industry colleagues will be going to Capitol Hill to ask for congressional support of H.R. 1388 and S. 751, the “Clean Air, Strong Economies (CASE) Act”, which was reintroduced to both houses on March 17, 2015. This bill prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from lowering the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) until at least 85% of counties that were nonattainment areas as of January 1, 2014 have attained compliance with the standard.
