PLZ Aeroscience announced the acquisition of Apollo Technologies. This acquisition is complementary to PLZ’s existing product lines and helps PLZ solidify its position in contract manufacturing of automotive, household and insecticide aerosols. As PLZ moves forward with the integration of these new product lines into the PLZ family, it will also be changing the name of Apollo to Plaze—Georgia. This name change is being done to align PLZ’s current contract manufacturing business at Plaze in Missouri under one umbrella. PLZ also wants to make sure that the marketplace understands that there are two locations for Plaze; Missouri and Georgia.
